Nine Months!

That's right, I'm nine months old, everybody. No biggie.

I've just been pulling myself up on tables . . .

Taking it easy . . .

I got my first pair of sneakers because Grandma T was tired of me pulling off my socks.

So I just try to eat my shoes intead.

This is what happens when the Walshes babysit me!

I've been spending lots of time with my girlfriend Josie.

She had her first birthday party! I can't wait to have mine.

I had a good time for St. Patty's Day. No green beer for me, though.

Mommy took me Easter bonnet shopping!

And my Grandma McCarthy came to see me. We went to the zoo!

Now for the talent portion, I'd like to demonstrate my language comprehension . . .

My ever-expanding vocabulary . . .

And my agility!

I'll probably be walking for real pretty soon! See you then.

In the Bleak Midwinter...I'm Havin' Fun!

I don't know if you heard, but Chicagoland got a little snow.

I wanted to go outside and play, but Mommy said I was too yittle!

I've been hanging out at Grandma's with my girl Josie.

Hey, wait, is that my toy?

We have lots of fun together.

I love pulling myself up on the couch. And everything else I can get my hands on!

I've got a few teeth poking through, so Mommy tried to give me this thing with a piece of apple inside. What the heck am I supposed to do with this?!

Have you ever tried TWO binkies? It's really the best.

Here I am trying on Mommy's hat. I think it makes me look sophisticated. I'm sure she won't mind if I borrow it.

I have a lot to say. Here I am expressing myself.

The 8-month mark is coming next week! Happy Valentine's Day to all my admirers!

Happy New Year!

I'm 7 months old, everyone!

Grandma and Papa got me this cool floor mat for Christmas and Mommy set up my little corner of the world.

I'm doing a lot of crawling. I like exploring tight spaces like under Uncle Sean and Aunt Jenni's couch.

I went on a plane to see Pop and Su Su in Mississippi.

And I got to meet Mamaw and Papaw, too.

And I even got a music lesson from Su Su.

Okay, gotta run. Go Bears!

Ho Ho Ho, 6 Months Old!

Six whole months! Let's hear it for me!

I am getting pretty good at this whole eating thing.

The holidays are here!

Bah, humbug!

I'm not sure who the old guy is, but I get the feeling I should stay on his good side . . .

I'm starting to sleep through the night, probably because I'm getting plenty of exercise during the day.

See you in 2011, party people!

Five Months and Counting!

Hello, and welcome to my blanket of fun. Grandma McCarthy and Aunt Brooke made it for me!

Thanksgiving is coming up, are you ready? I am! I've already been enjoying sweet potatoes.

In between meals, a finger makes a good snack.

Rooting for the Bears is so exhausting.

Big news for the Joyce family. I found out my new cousin is going to be a boy! We got a blue ball in the mail to let us know. Mommy says Josie and I can have lots of tea parties with Colin.

Remember when I first learned to roll over? Now I'm really rolling!

See you after Turkey Day!

Solid Food!

So much to tell you folks!

I dressed up as a ladybug for Halloween.

Uncle Dave and Aunt Abby visited and Abby made me so many bibs, burp cloths and onesies! (The cool Levi's are from Grandma McCarthy.)

It's getting cooler, but that's okay, because now I get to show off my pretty pink coat.

The biggest news is that I started eating cereal, and now I'm also having pears. Tonight I'm going to try my first sweet potatoes. I'm much better at the whole eating thing than I was when this video was shot!

Check ya later!

4 Months and Counting

Hi, everybody! I hope you're enjoying Fall. As you can see, I've been spending lots of time on my blankie.

Playing with one of my favorite toys.

And I've also found my feet!

I went apple-picking in Indiana with Mommy and Daddy.

Did I mention that I love Mommy?

The biggest thing is that I'm starting to have more control over my hands. They don't always work how I want them to, but I get things done one way or the other.

See you next time!
